Professional musician hailing from and based in South Shields in the North East of England. Having played guitar for 14 years since the age of ten and being in bands since the age of 16. Heavily influenced at an early age by guitar greats such as Nuno Bettencourt, Joe Satriani and Richie Kotzen, to name but a few, I bring a wealth of professional experience and knowledge to those who are eager to expand their minds, talents, and skills. QUALIFICATIONS AND LESSONS
Qualifications
• First class BA Hons degree in Music Performance
•Post Graduate Certificate of Education
•DBS checked to teach children and young adults
•2 years institutional teaching experience and 3 years private tuition experience
•11 years live performance experience and 14 years playing experience
Lessons Available
•Rock school grades 1-8
•Rock guitar techniques such as legato, alternate picking, sweeping and tapping all catered to individuals ability
•Popular music theory grades 1-8
•Scales, chords and arpeggio knowledge
Plus so much more!
All lessons are catered to individual students needs, abilities and preferred styles. Using knowledge from my own repertoire of skills including genres of rock, metal, country, funk, acoustic and pop to get each student where they want to be whilst having fun in the process!

Lessons are also available on a Thursday night at the Barnes institute, Whitburn for 7-14 year old students as part of a group priced at £7 for 45 minutes of tuition. Slots available between 3:45 and 5:30 . Please contact for more details as circumstances can vary.
